Is Self Compassion the Missing Ingredients in your Ability to Manifest?

Self Compassion

Why do we find it so much easier to show compassion to others than to ourselves?

So many of us are gracious loving people to others in our lives but not to ourselves. This is nothing short of tragic because showing ourselves love and compassion allows us to show up in the world. For some reason, we feel guilt when we take care of ourselves. This is especially true for us women. I think we have a natural compassion that we freely give to others. Yet, we were never taught that we can give that same compassion to ourselves.

Magical things happen when you learn to do this. ❤ You shift your energy into alignment. Guess what happens when you’re in alignment with the Universe’s energy? You manifest abundance in an amplified way into your life. This is truly your greatest tool in manifesting the life you want.

Start with the basics.
Self care and self love are not complicated. Quite the contrary, they are simply taking care of your needs on a basic level with plenty of love. Be patient with yourself. Allow yourself to make mistakes. Allow the parts of you that are hurt to be seen, felt, and healed.

This is self compassion.

Your home can help you with self love in some great ways. Here is a  list of things to do to show yourself some much needed compassion. ( I mean you are amazing right?)

1.Buy fresh flowers and place at your desk, entry or in your kitchen.
🌻 Choose flowers that you love and feel energized by. 🌻
2. Design your bedroom to support rest and restoration.
( Did you know this is the one room in your home most connected to self love?)
3. Take a salt bath, pour some moon charged water or essential oils into your bath that hold your intentions.
4. Prepare yourself a nourishing meal that feels nostalgic to you.
5. Work with plants and crystals that have the energy of self compassion to energize your home in this way.
6. Find a cozy nook to read a book and sip a cup of tea.
7. Give yourself a nourishing facial care mask and skincare routine.
8. Turn the lights out and burn some candles just for you.
9. Do a guided meditation.
10. Express yourself through art, painting, music, journaling.
11. Detox with an infrared mat , sauna, or smoothie.
12. Go offline and unplug all from all devices.
13. Purge clutter from your home.
